What is Grove Collaborative?

Most readers may already know of this company. I have seen many ads on social media and even Pinterest for them. I finally decided to click on the link and see what Grove Collaborative was all about. Bascially it is a company that specials in more natural items including home cleaners and skincare. They have their own brand but also market other brands like Arm and Hammer, Mrs. Meyers, and Method . I decided to place an order. It arrived quickly, about five days from the date I ordered. I was excited to open the box. I wanted smell everything and see what I had ordered. Since Grove Collaborative does offer special deals for new customers, I ended up with so many items, I received a ton of things Free with a twenty dollars( I actually spent $23.97) purchase. At the end of my order when I hit the submit button, I was given the option to share on Facebook and text a friend about Grove and in return receieved another free item. Here is my total haul for $23.97

Once I had removed it all from the box I started to make note of each item. I paid attention to the size and packaging of each bottle. The Mrs. Meyers products are in plastic bottles but seem to be good quaility and the ounces are comparable to most brands you purchase at your locale store. The spray bottle in the front is actually glass and goes along with the small blue and white tube on the right. That is glass cleaner that I received as part of my freebies. You simple squeeze the tube into the sprayer, add water, and shake. There are two multi-purpose cleaners. One I purchased and one I got free. Hand soap, sponges, and dish soap, along with a caddy(the white bucket in the back) to keep them in. One I item I did purchase was a face wash for my  daughter. She suffers from a small acne problem and cannot use harsh cleaners as they cause her face to burn and hurt. This facewash is all natural. It is called Tree to Tub Balancing Face wash and along with it came an actual soap berry that is used in the face wash. The neat thing is it contained a card explaining the soap berry, where it comes from, and that you can either use the berry as is or plant it and make your own soap berry tree.

I have been using these products for a month. My daughter likes the facewash and although she doesn’t use it as directed( twice a day) it has already made a bit of difference in her skin. I use the multi-purpose cleaner on my kitchen counters daily and it smells fresh, not like some cleaners that smell like strong chemicals. I use the glass cleaner on the mirrors in our home and the hand soap in the kitchen. With the soap, I have noticed that my hands aren’t as chapped as usual this time of year from constant washing.

It is this blogger’s opinion that everyone should check out Gove Collaborative. I will definitely consider becoming a repeart orderer. I am in no way an affliate of Grove Collaborative at this time but do support their cause. Bringing a more natural approach to the things we use in our everyday lives. Check them out and enjoy!

Update: As of Feburary 27th it is spend $30 Receive 5 free items.
